This project focused on preparing a newly construction townhome for market through thoughtful finish selections and strategic staging. From cabinetry and paint to flooring and furnishings, every element was curated to create a cohesive, elevated look designed to appeal to today’s buyers.
We began by selecting foundational finishes, including cabinetry, paint colors, and flooring, ensuring a neutral yet warm palette that would feel both current and broadly appealing. Clean lines, natural textures, and soft contrast create a balanced, modern aesthetic throughout the home.
Once construction selections were finalized, the space was fully furnished and styled to highlight scale, functionality, and lifestyle. Layered textiles, organic materials, and intentional styling details were used to bring warmth and personality to each room while maintaining a move-in-ready feel.
The result is a home that feels polished, inviting, and market-ready—ultimately leading to a successful sale after 1 day on the market and the buyer purchasing the home fully furnished.
